 Indenting: A character wheel with raised letter and numbers indents programmed information into a metal surface.
- Embossing: Raised characters are produced through the use of a male and female die brought together by pressure applied above and below a marking surface.

DC-460

ST-880E
 Automark's ST-880E is best suited for heavy duty strip tag embossing. This machine embosses metal strips of aluminum, stainless steel, and cold rolled steel. Three other types of cut-off dies are available: double line horizontal, single line vertical, tongue and slot. See dealer for details.

Dot Pin Marking Systems (Micro-Percussion Marking)
DP3000
 Our DP3000 Motorized Rotating Axis Device allows the rotation and marking on the circumference of a part. The principle of micro-percussion marking is based on making indents in the material using a vibrating tool. This technology will not weaken the material to be marked, whatever its thickness may be. All materials, provided they are not harder than 62 HRC, can be marked (metals, treated or untreated, wood and plastics).

PW03
 Our Windows Enhanced Marking Software PW03 is a versatile and user friendly Windows based marking program.
- User Friendly: As soon as the marking software PW03 is installed on a PC or laptop, you can enjoy all the benefits of a Windows environment.
- Screen Preview: The graphic interface allows you to see the marking on the screen prior to conducting your marking. For speed and ease of programming you can also make adjustments on the screen using a mouse.
- Marking Assistance: Different help keys are available: X/Y tool positioning, file and block simulation without marking and circular marking assistance.
- Password Control: Two levels of operators, which are locked by a password, allow you to limit access to the different menus in the program. The software is also protected by a key which allows you to restrict use when required.
