ME500
The ME 500 is a portable, mid volume, automatic metal plate and tag embossing machine.
This machine will personalize up to 105 metal plates per hour. It offers the ability to emboss different tag sizes simply by changing out the input hopper.
Maximum metal tag dimensions: 2.36"x2.56" The ME 500 comes with an integrated CPU Linux based that allows the machine to work completely stand alone without an additioanl PC.

BLADE is CIM's response to the ever increasing demand for sophisticated software for small metal plate and dog tag production. It is very easy to use because it offers users a convenient on-line help system. It is a very user friendly software right from the installation. The main screen provides an interactive layout of the plate to be embossed. Using a standard mouse, all functions of the job are easily accomplished. Easy to use screens along with online help guide you through creation of the job. Location of the fields on the plate is set by X Y dimensions. 

IMMEDIATE ACCESS AND MANAGEMENT OF FIXED AND VARIABLE DATA
An intelligent and flexible software allowing the management of different internal and external variable records. Keyboard entry of data entered directly on the screen is sent to the embosser. The data can be mixed with fixed and variable fields. The number of lines is limited to six.

SWORD SOFTWARE
SWORD is CIM's response to the ever increasing demand for sophisticated software for metal plate production. It is very easy to use because it offers users a convenient on-line help system. It is a very user friendly software right from the installation. Operators can run multiple or single tags very easily.
The main screen provides an interactive graphic view of the plate to be embossed. Using a standard mouse, all functions of the job are easily accomplished. Easy to use screens along with online help guide you through creation of the job. Location of the fields on the plate is set by X Y dimensions. The graphic interface displays the location of the fields on the plate and allows relocation of the fields either by graphic movement on the screen, or editing of the X Y location in the format setup.
